What is The 6:00 AM Protocol?

The five-stage pre-market routine: mark overnight range, 4H structure, 1H structure, midpoint, and the NY opening candle.

The DefinitionThe 6:00 AM Protocol, defined

The 6:00 AM Protocol is the standardized pre-market preparation routine every LA Traders member runs before the New York session. Five stages in sequence: (1) 6:00 AM — mark the overnight high, overnight low, and 4-hour structure in Blue and Purple. (2) 6:00–6:25 — mark the 1-hour structure, swing points, and higher/lower highs and lows in Red. (3) 6:25 — mark the overnight midpoint in White and check the news calendar. (4) 6:30 — mark the New York opening candle in Gold. (5) 6:35–11:00 — run the RRR framework, take only A+ setups, journal every trade.

Why It MattersWhy The 6:00 AM Protocol matters

Consistent results come from consistent preparation. When every trader on the desk marks the same levels the same way at the same time, the entire community is watching the same structure — which is why the levels work.
