The Daily Session

The 6:00 AM Protocol

Every session runs the same five-stage sequence, color-coded exactly as it's marked on the chart. Structure first. Emotion last.

Reveal → Retrace → Run
6:00 AM
Blue / Purple
Mark the overnight range. Overnight high, overnight low, and the 4-hour structure framing the day.
6:00 – 6:25
Red
Mark the 1-hour structure. Swing points, higher highs, lower lows — the skeleton price has to respect.
6:25 AM
White
Mark the overnight midpoint. Check the news calendar. Know what's coming before the bell.
6:30 AM
Gold
Mark the New York opening candle. The level everything else measures against.
6:35 – 11:00
Execute
Run the RRR framework. Only A+ setups. Journal every trade. Walk away when the window closes.

What did the market reveal?
Price sweeps a level, breaks structure, or rejects a zone — showing you which side is in control before you risk anything.
02 / RETRACE
Where should it retrace?
Direction rarely runs in a straight line. Identify the level it should pull back to, then wait for that zone to be tested.
03 / RUN
Where is it likely to run?
With the reveal confirmed and the retrace respected, enter with the move — targeting the next level of liquidity.
