What is Reveal?

The first RRR question: what did the market just show you?

The DefinitionReveal, defined

The Reveal is the market's disclosure of intent. It happens when price does something meaningful at a marked level: sweeping liquidity above a high or below a low, breaking a swing structure point, or rejecting a zone with a strong reaction. The Reveal tells you which side — buyers or sellers — currently has control. Without a Reveal, you have no information, and trading without information is gambling.

Why It MattersWhy Reveal matters

Amateurs enter because price 'looks like it's going up.' Professionals wait for the market to prove direction at a level that matters. The Reveal is that proof. It's the difference between reacting to structure and predicting it.

In PracticeReveal — a real example

Example · New York Session

Price runs 3 ticks above the overnight high, then immediately closes back below it on the 5-minute. That sweep-and-reclaim is a Reveal: buyers trapped above, sellers now in control.

How This Fits the 6:00 AM Protocol
Stage 3 — The Reveal (6:30–7:00 AM)

The Reveal is what you're watching for after the opening candle prints. When price sweeps a marked level and reclaims it, that's your signal to prepare the Retrace entry.
